PVC-U profiles:
15 year serviceability warranty for PVC-U profiles from VEKA ( www.veka.com )
Hardware:
5 year functionality warranty for hardware from Siegenia ( www.siegenia.de )
Glass:
10 year warranty for double and triple glazing units from Metro Glass. Metro Glass will re-supply as supply only replacements any defective units under warranty, and the warranty period will extend to the re-supplied units for a further period of ten (10) years from delivery. But customer will need to pay for installing the re-supplied units.

Third-Party Products:
2 year warranty for all other third-party products includes pet doors, digital locks and other similar accessories. Our suppliers will re-supply as supply only replacements any defective units under warranty. But customer will need to pay for installing the re-supplied units.
Workmanship:
2 year warranty for workmanship in addition to the above material warranties backed by our material suppliers.
Decorative elements and non-structural fittings such as window fasteners, rollers, hinges, brush seals, gaskets, hinge covers and the like may need to be replaced as they wear out. This process does not contravene the B2 Durability requirements of the New Zealand Building Code.
